Disney Channel short series Leo Little's Big Show casting African American boy

The casting director for Disney Channel's "Leo Little's Big Show" is holding auditions for an African American boy who can play a role of an 11 year old. The show is under AFTRA contract and began airing on February 26, 2009.

"Leo Little's Big Show" is a Disney Channel interstitial series featuring a boy named Leo Little and his sister, Amy Little, who host a show from their family room about Disney stars, movies and programs. In television programming, an interstitial program refers to a short segment which is often shown between movies or other programming. The show replaced the similarly formatted Disney show "Mike's Really Short Report". Each episode runs approximately 2 minutes for TV, and 4 minutes on the Web.

Leo Howard and G. Hannelius are the hosts of "Leo Little's Big Show". Howard has performed acting roles on the TV shows "Zeke and Luther," and "Monk," as well the films "Aussie and Ted's Great Adventure," "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra ," "Logan ," "Conan," and the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie "Wasabi Warriors". G. Hannelius has acted on the shows "Sonny with a Chance," "Hannah Montana," "Surviving Suburbia," "Good Luck Charlie", and the films "The Search for Santa Paws," "Black and Blue," among others.

The show is produced by 7ate9 Entertainment. 7ate9 is a full service creative content and marketing agency that develops and produces out-of-the-box ideas to market films, TV, video games, and brands through cross platform campaigns, television stunts and short-form series. 7ate9’s award winning team of writers, directors, designers, and producers have helped energize some of the biggest brands in the world.
